Clean and Professional - Great Storage Unit 6/21/2011

We have had a 10 x 15 unit with U-Store It on Pulaski Hwy in Rosedale for 2 1/2 years. The employees and management have always been courteous and professional. We are preparing to move across country and needed just a little more room in a unit for one day to hold some items - Kelly and Cindy came through for us - seems to be the only thing that was smooth. We would like to thanks them and highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a storage unit in the area. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us! Lisa and Ron King more

Most unsecured storage facility in Baltimore 2/25/2011

I have had a unit with U Store It, on Pulaski Hwy in Baltimore for almost 2 years. I found that the facility's outdoor fence was zip tied together & the doors to the unit that I rent was off track, leaving anyone to break in. The most disturbing of all, is my unit is TWO doors down from the manager! Sheer laziness. Upper management is good for nothing and the actual facility manager has horrible hygene & to be frank, is unkempt. Moreover, I think the clowns running this place are complete incompetents. Thank God, I'm almost out! Warning to all, do your homework regarding storage facilities. Be warned about U Store It. more
