Close to home, reliable, and courteous. 9/4/2013

A/C wasn't working. They got me in next day. Fully explained their process and had my car done about 2 hrs after drop off. Everything now works and dye is in the system to help find a leak if one exists. more

Honest Service 7/29/2013

We've taken our car in to check on some noises on two different occasions. I know other places would have used that as an opportunity to come up with some big expensive repair, but not Centerville Service Center. They checked out everything and found a simple solution to the problem, fixed it, and had everything done in a timely manner. Very friendly people. more

GREAT SERVICE 7/22/2013

I stopped by on July 3rd with a dead battery. They were very busy , but took the time to help me out. Ben jumped my car and replaced the battery in the parking lot as there were no empty work bays, and got me moving again. I was very worried, l knowing getting work done on a holiday would be difficult. Ben had me moving again in less than 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly as I was greeted by every employee that walked past me . I understand why they are always busy. Many thanks I will be back for all my car service more

Good feedback, odd miss 7/10/2013

Went in for a 75 k checkup. They did a good job, and called me before any work was done. Appreciate the contact. However, they didn't check the tire pressure even though they checked the tread on the tires (had one tire at 26 psi). Not great, I would expect for the service fee that they at least take the time to check the tire pressure and use shop compressed air to fill it to tire manufacturer's specs. more
