I met the owner at an event several months back & kept his business card for when I needed new doors. I decided to go with this company because he was so friendly & personable. A really nice tall guy came out to my house, noticed there were a few problems with my door frame AND found a way to install my new doors anyways. The doors are beautiful, they work perfectly & the service at CTI was great! I called Adam (the owner) to thank him for the superior service. It turns out he didn't know I was using his company (I never told him). I thought his staff was going the extra mile to assist me because of our aquaintance, but the staff is just PERSONABLE & SKILLED...this made the whole experience sweeter! I had 3 different window companies come to my house to estimate how much time & money I would have to spend. As a single female I was treated as a ""dumb girl"" by each company EXCEPT for CTI BUILDERS. They treated me with respect, have fair prices & I felt comfortable with their team during the entire process.
