I am completely appauled at the level of service received through the Accounting Department of Custom System Technologies. I have had this company monitoring the fire life safety system at a commercial property I manage for the past couple of years. Over this course of time, I have repeatedly requested billing invoices on a number of occassions and never received them. more

I am completely appauled at the level of service received through the Accounting Department of Custom System Technologies. I have had this company monitoring the fire life safety system at a commercial property I manage for the past couple of years. Over this course of time, I have repeatedly requested billing invoices on a number of occassions and never received them. Yesterday I got a letter regarding the back owed bills (for the invoices I never received). When I called to talk to the Accounting Department Supervisor April, the first thing she told me was "I did not have to lie to get a credit on my account". April then went on to say their office had an internal oversight as our file was misplaced and had been put into filing as opposed to the monthly recurring services file. Based on this experience I would have to say April apparently has no professional guidance on how to handle their business professionally nor does she know how to deal with customers. Needless to say, I have never experienced such an outright attack. This situation was completely unfounded and uncalled for. Custom System Technologies is not a professional organization and will be losing the account. more
