I just needed some trees cleared in my yard. CS did that for me. They cut one tree in the front and some others in the back. They were very professional, very timely, very efficient, and did good work. more

I had a tree fall on my deck. CS Tree service came in and took it away and cleaned everything up. They did an immaculate, great job. Since then I've had them back 3 other times for trimming trees and shrubs, and hauling away branches. I'm very pleased with the guys, they're first class. more

Chris and Steve at CS Tree Services are excellent! They cut and removed a tree for us that was damaged by storm and was a threat to the house and our tenants. Chris provided me with a free estimate, and when we engaged their services, they were quick and professional. When the job was completed, they gave me the option of having all of the material removed or they would cut the trees into firewood sized logs and stack them there on site to use as firewood. The smaller branches would be cut into chips which could be used as mulch or also removed. Great price, excellent service, very professional. If you need an Arborist or simply tree removal, I highly recommend giving Chris and CS Tree Services a call. more

Steven and Chris, along with their crew, removed a bradford from our yard yesterday. One has to see our yard to understand the precarious position they were in doing this. The tree was at the top of a very steep berm, fence right behind it, and cryptomeria - that mom loves - right in front. We were so worried about the damage to the plants and trees we have on the berm in front. Steven promised not to damage the plants and it was a miracle how they didn't. Chris was up in the tree with the rope and they literally swung the limb over the plants all the way around and everyone held it up to get it over. It was a sight to see. They didn't harm a single thing and that was amazing. Then they had to put the fence back together ! The cleanup was like they had never been there. Steven was very knowledgable when we he met to give me me a quote on our tree pruning job. He explained that the company is fully insured and liscensed. They arrived and did the work, earlier than expected, and were so neat when removing the tree limbs that I didn't even know that they had been there. I highly recommend this company. I recently had 12 large trees removed from my yard by C&S Tree service. Chris and his crew were a real breath of fresh air. They showed up on time, removed the trees, and took great care to preserve the rest of my yard and house. In addition to their professional knowledge they were very courteous to my wife and 16 month old child, they even made sure to turn off their equipment when my wife took our son for a walk. I have not had such a pleasant experience with a service company in a long time, if ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a tree service. Guys lived down the street from me and i have seen the business grow. Walked my dog by them every day for 2 years. never partied and always up at dawn. Chris got married and moved away but i still got his card. He gave me such a good price on a tree -that was literally touching my house at the TRUNK -that i gave a 25% tip. I have a old shingle roof on the rear of the house that needs replacing, and i know they had to have walked on it to remove the tree, and they didn't tear it up. Of course i failed to tell them the roof was old and to be careful (big sticky note now next to repair numbers says NOBODY on roof til replaced) I referred them to my mom in law. Mary had a 100ft + old pine struck by lightning over in Cameron Park. Her neighbor took pictures of the shared driveway prior to removal, and denied any truck on it (those lots are BIG). Mary was very pleased with the price and said it was such a pleasure to talk with the guys she wished they had taken longer! (They did not charge more for hand carrying down the drive) I referred them to a co-worker, and she was ecstatic at the job they did, and went on and on about no damage to her other trees or lawn and great clean up and so pleasant. these guys rock. I have their business card on my computer and am always keeping a cocked ear for an excuse to share it. If you have tree work and you are not considering Chris, well, you missed the boat! I am very impressed with the service I got from CS Tree Services. Being a single parent with no family nearby, I am extremely pleased when I find people who do reliable work for a great price. That is what I got from Steve and his crew. I needed 3 tall pine trees removed from my yard plus I needed some miscellaneous other things done like stump-grinding, branch-cutting, and brush removal. Even with the threat of rain, the guys came out and did a great job. The price was better than other estimates I have gotten in the past. I have recommended CS Tree Services to my friends and colleagues. I think that even my dad was impressed with the service I got. Hey, that doesn't happen often! Chris, Steve and their crew spent the whole day at our house cleaning up multiple large trees uprooted in the last storm . They also removed an invasive tree and ground out the stump. They were knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, and left the place in great shape... even better than I expected! We called several tree services about a large old maple out front, and while the others did call back, Steve actually came by the house and left an estimate and a copy of his insurance papers, as well as calling. His estimate was spot on, and he and his crew took down the tree - preserving the dogwoods and Japanese maples growing around the old maple - and then ground the stump and cleaned up our yard.
