Crystal Tree Village

We've lived at Crystal Tree Village for 3-1/2 years and LOVE IT!! The Managers (Gail and Jimmie) and Assistant Managers (Sharon and her husband) are wonderful, caring, patient, and available 24/7 which includes their rotating days off. All four keep our grounds landscaped and beautiful, keep our swimming pool and pool area clean and sparkling (pool has always passed health department's inspection), and all four are the kindest folks around. No matter where a person lives, there's always going to be at least one resident going out of the way to cause problems, and Crystal Tree is no different except at the present time we have two BUT our Managers are handling the situation(s) with them. Crystal Tree is truly a wonderful, safe, relaxing, and fun place to live. Come join us!! more

I question that the management is allowed to do personal projects on their own property, such as redoing their entire front yard and repainting their home while they are also on the clock for the owner. Pros: Close to Costco and Target Cons: Questionable managment practices more
