Nestled in a tiny and non-descript strip mall located off of Rt. 50, Crystal Thai is a true gem. I never tire of eating here. The decor is elegant without being stuffy & the waitresses wear colorful Thai-style dresses. The tiny crispy spring roll appetizer is crisp and delicious, too bad they aren't eggroll size. The Thai Iced Tea is a perfect accompaniment to their spicy dishes. The Num Tok (spicy beef salad) is exactly that, spicy but oh so good. (I have yet to eat at another Thai restaurant that serves Num Tok!) Any entrée is sure to please, even the Thai signature noodle dish Pad Thai. I recommend Curry of Roasted Duck, Crispy Fish with Chili Sauce and Green Curry Chicken.
