DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS PLACE DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this place. I dropped off my clothing and when I returned on the day they told me it was ready, they could not find half of the clothing I dropped off. The employee, who worked hard for 20 min trying to find my clothes, stated they were in their warehouse and to return the following day to pick them up. For my inconvenience, she would give me half off ($6). This is not the issue, the employee that day should be commended on her work and customer service. When I returned the following day the manager (at least he said he was) took care of my order. He was beyond rude, abrasive and disrespectful to me. I stated to him that I was to receive a discount for the inconvenience. In a harsh tone of voice he said, ""there was no way he would authorize a discount"" and he ""was not going to lose money on my clothes."" The girl who helped me before was there and she explained to him, and he said ""I'll deal with her later."" Any one who threatens their own employees like this shouldn't be in business. In the real world this ""manager"" would be fired on the spot for this type of behavior. Let alone the way he was treating and speaking to me, a customer. Always remember, the customer is right and is the reason you have a business and income. I proceeded to tell him it was bad customer service and he said ""I don?t care you have only been here twice."" I'm sorry Crystal Resort Cleaners, is this any way to treat a customer who comes in for service. The answer is NO! It doesn't matter whether I'm a new customer or one who has been coming for years, a customer is a customer. If this is the way you treat customers, then I don't want your service. I hope other customers read this review and respond by not going to this place for business. This is a small town, word travels quickly. For six dollars, disrespectful behavior and a total lack of business sense, you lost a customer who just moved to the area. I cannot believe you are still in business treating customers like this. I will continue to let everyone I know my experience.
