After having my annual window cleaning for my home done by Crystal Panes for the tenth consecutive year, I just want to say that they have always done an excellent job with getting my older lead pane windows looking about as good as new as they can get. They have always been very careful working around the landscaping around the house and I have recommended them to several friends for their consistently excellent work in cleaning my windows and gutters. Pros: Excellent job!!! Cons: Now I can see how dirty my house really is. more

Best window cleaners! 2/15/2009

I've been using Crystal Panes at my home and office for 15 years, and there is no comparison. I've tried others, but have always come back. They treat my property as their own. The review about a broken window must have been written by someone with an attitude, perhaps just to malign. Try them youself and you'll see their quality! Pros: Great work! more

Top-notch, professional, reliable & friendly 2/12/2009

We hired Crystal Panes to clean the windows on our 3 story apartment building. They sent 2 workers, were careful not to disturb the landscaping & worked quickly & efficiently. 5 of the tenants wanted their inside windows cleaned & CP took care of their needs. Both the window washers & the person I spoke to in the office were top-notch. Pros: On time, excellent results Cons: N/A more

HIGH QUALITY CLEANING, GOOD PRICE, QUICK, TRUSTWORTHY 2/6/2009

The guys did an awesome job at my place. I find it amazing that one person called these people untrustworthy. We felt very comfortable around the contractor, and feel that the company in general was very communicative and up front. But more importantly, they did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind! Very satisfied customer! 1/29/2009

I had my windows cleaned because it had been years since my windows were ever touched, let alone from a professional! I was so thrilled how great of a job they did! My windows look brand new! I will use Crystal Panes again and am so glad my friend referred me! Well worth it and the price was good too!!! I will be referring this service to everyone I know! Thank you!!! Good Cleaning but not trustworthy! 1/27/2009

They did a good job cleaning the windows and screens but... after they left and we found one of the windows wouldn't stay up anymore, we called and complained. First they claimed it wasn't them, then they said it must have been someone else, then they refused to fix it. They lied, tried to blame it on someone else, then refused to fix it. How lame is that? Would you trust them in your home? more
