Stay as far away from this company as possible. Not only can they not find a leak, they are rude and don't answer my calls. more

I called them because I had another leak detection company come out to find leak in my pool. This other company told me that I needed a new skimmer and that would cost about $1,500. So, to get a second opinion, I called Crystal Leak Detection. First, their prices were lower than the other company...I wish I had called them sooner. Next, they found the problem with the skimmer alright, but told me that they can fix this problem by applying some epoxy material to the skimmer and that service was a part of their leak inspection fee. To make the long story short, it has been a whole week and my pool hasn't lost an inch of water. So for a fraction of what the other company was going to charge me (i.e., just their leak inspection fee), Crystal Leak Detection fixed my pool. Thanks Guys. They misdiagnosed my leak and after thousands to repair what they indicated needed repair my pool still leaked inches a day. I called them for warranty re-check per their 90 day warranty, but did not return my calls, and when I finally got hold of them they would say they will call me back when they get to the office, or finish with a customer and they never called back. Finally after a week and about 7 phone attempts they said they will come for the re-inspection the next day, but they never showed up. I had to pay another company to come and go for another round of repairs. Their repair estimate was also the highest of 4 estimates I got.
