Owner Mark is like a lawyer. Great while getting your business, makes tons of promises...but never delivers...just try and get hold of him afterward. Ducks calls, refuses to return calls....waffles on delivery dates. Not reliable.\r \r No way I'll ever do business with this guy again. Who ever this other guy is complaining must be on drugs. Let me tell you I own Klein Renovation. We own several trucks, that are bumped and dinged all season long. Mark and his staff have been A+ people. They pick up and drop off all of our vehicles. They never over billed us. They are always on time. Most of my work is between 100-500 in work. So no job is to small. We also have had three insurance claims, and Marks staff negotiated the whole claim. I maybe a General Contractor but I like my trucks in tip top shape. I also have a couple nice cars like a vet, and a Jeep. His paint jobs are fricking awesome. No orange peel, No fish eyes. Factory looking every time. I had only one repair on my minivan and Marks crew fixed no problem. With no added exspense!!! So who ever this other guy is hes an idiot. I have worked with Mark for years. Never had a problem. Staff is very friendly. Not the best looking shop, but they do wonderful work. They rented a car for me during repairs. Very satisfied more

I broght my car in to get fixed after a minor accident. Trusting they know what there doing but I was wrong. All that need fixed was a tail light, simple job right?? not for them.. They installed it wrong. Everytime it rained my car would flood with 2 inches of water. I broght it back and they are trying to charge $50.00 to re-fix there mistake and refuse to clean or replace the carpets they ruined. Thanks to them my 2 year old son can no longer go in my car till I fix it myself because the rain molded my carpets. You think a company would stand behind there work and admit a mistake and fix it but not them. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
