I gave a pair of suede pants to Crystal Cleaners. They assured me they could clean suede. When I got them back they were hard, as if they had been in water. They had also shrunk....

Some items have a chance of shrinking or becoming damaged in any cleaning process. That is a risk you are willing to take when going to a dry cleaner. Crystal Cleaners knows what they are doing and I have always had very good experiences taking items there. I would never take my things any where else. more

Unhappy. 9/27/2008

I gave a pair of suede pants to Crystal Cleaners. They assured me they could clean suede. When I got them back they were hard, as if they had been in water. They had also shrunk. I will never give them my business again. more

somewhat dubious 9/20/2006

I've used Crystal cleaners several times in the pas but it has been quite some time since the last time due to the fact that the last time I had them dry clean a comforter for me it came back completely squished. It went in big and fluffy but when I picked it up, it was flat as a doornail. Definitely don't recommend them. Prices are within the normal range. PROS: CONS: work done more
