Whether you work with Jim, Kay, Warren, or Bob, you'll be assured a pleasant, professional experience. Each of them are personable, know the products they sell, have traveled extensively, and can give meaningful advice and recommendations. Each time, Cruise Holidays of Alexandria's rates were as good as, or better, than what my husband and I could have gotten on our own, yet we did not have to deal with the hassles of working with a call center where each time we called, we'd have a different representative at the other end of the phone who did not know us from Adam. The professionals at Cruise Holidays of Alexandria make a concerted effort to get to know you, and it's a nice touch to know that when you call, they will greet you with a familiar voice and will know who you are.
