Crow's Heat & Air

This company is not recommended! Stay away...they are rude and unprofessional! I called and told Chantelle whom I later found out was the owner (owner's wife). Calling to make an appointment and confirm the free estimate in which they advertised. I explained the situation clearly and asked about the free estimate. At no point did she mention the charge. She did not disclose a $75 diagnostic charge. After questioning the techs about this charge I called Chantelle back and confronted her as to why she did not disclose this to me. Her response was defensive and rude, blaming me for misunderstanding and that the free estimate was for the replacement of the A/C unit. I told her is was still running just not cooling. In the end the call was abruptly ended by her hanging up on me! \r Do not at any cost use this company! \r "Crow's Heating and Air"... customer beware! more

We have used Crow's for several emergency situations when we had no A/C and each time they were very accommodating and were quick to work us in. Their prices are always more than reasonable and their workers are always very helpful. I would highly recommend Crow's to anyone needing A/C service. more
