Loudest hotel - right over interstate - don't recommend 12/13/2010

I was very surprised and disappointed to find that the hotel is up over the interstate, like a bridge spanning it. So unfortunately you hear every bit of highway noise, every car going by as if you are sitting in the middle of the interstate. more

Sheraton Newton Short Stay 12/8/2007

The hotel was clean and quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a great dinner at the resturaunt near the hotel. Only stayed one night but would stay at this hotel again. more

Ideal location for BC visitors 10/12/2005

I go to Boston College, and when I used to come visit from out of town while I was still in high school, I'd stay here with my parents. It's the closest hotel to the school, and it's pretty nice, in a nice area, too. Decent food around the area. Only thing keeping it from a 5th star is that you can find a comparable level of comfort at only a slightly worse location for a good bit cheaper, if you look around at some other hotels. more
