I have been going to Crown for years and there are several things I've noted though the most prevalent...they go through managers like crazy. This doesn't say much for the company itself, however they do have some good deals on glasses and up until recently their doctors have been top notch. I have a few weird eye issues and they have always been able to help me overcome them in my prescriptions for both glasses and contacts. That said...beware of Dr. Hussein in Chesterfield. She is NEITHER HELPFUL OR KNOWLEDGABLE! When it comes to DMV vision requirements, you would think this would be a non-issue...even the receptionist should know this very basic information or at least google it! I did! It's all right there! Dr. Hussein said she would look into the requirements for my mom to keep her already restricted license and said to her ""DON'T CALL ME, I WILL CALL YOU,"" and she never did. This ""doctor"" and I use the term loosely, is messing with peoples lives and threatening independence by not knowing the law, not caring and not following through. I don't know about you, but I would not want her in charge of my eye health!!!! Dr. Woodyard is awesome! If you have to go to Crown, go to him!!!!! Though I believe CROWN in general is lacking in very simple and important detail information.
