For starters, good luck getting a same day appointment (emergency or not). When you do get in don't expect a warm reception. From the time you sign in, until the time you pay your co-pay upon leaving you're treated more like a burden than a human in need. You can surely expect a long wait to see the Doctor. When the Doctor finally shows up he'll likely spend less then 2 minutes with you. The Doctors are usually always in such a hurry and cold that you never really get to ask any questions or tell them everything you need to. You feel rushed and patronized. Almost no bedside manners as they say at all. My dog gets more attention and better treatment from his vet. I would say that it's all about the dollars and all business at Crown Point Clinic, but I can't even say that because they act like they could care less if you use them or not. Most people dread going to the Doctor because they're affraid of shots or bad results. I dread going to the Doctor because of the way they treat me, my family, and my friends who have all had similar experiences at the Crown Point Clinic.
