Crown Management

They are the worst ever. We need to fire these a-holes. They simply nit pick about stupid things and then if you have a real issue they tell you that nothing can be done about it. My neighbor parks their work truck in front of my house every freaking day and it leaks oil all over the street. I contact the HOA which is supposed to help with things like this and what do they do. The lady at the HOA tells the violator to remove the stickers from the vehicle then it wont be a work vehicle any more. What a bunch of SOBs! I'm sure if it was there home they would have the tow truck out there within the hour. I have also received letters from this idiotic bunch of retards. Three days after I moved in the house here comes a letter telling me that there are brown spots in my lawn that need to be removed. The house was empty for six months previous to that; bunch of Natzi sob's. Good luck getting in touch with them also, you can leave a message and as always, it will never get returned. People of Fair Oaks Ranch, let's get together on this and fire these idiots! more

The board members sneak up and check homeowners properties for up keep and then send them letters of complaint. I consider that harassment since it should only be done through a walk through, and not sneaking up and looking through people's properties. The dues are high for what's provided and just wondering if we can overthrow them and get another company in. They are making so much money, over charging homeowners, considering that there's not even a fitness center on the premises. more

I have yet to find a day when Crown Management will answer their phone. They are in charge of getting things "done" for out home owners association. Whenever I can get someone on the phone, I find that I may as well be speaking to a brick wall. Nothing ever turns around with results. If you're looking for a management company, keep looking. more

Crown Management is the manager of our Home Owners Association. They never answer the phone when you call their office. If you get a receptionist, looking for a specific person, you're always transferred to voicemail. It takes their employees several days to return your calls, if they ever do. Of all the problems in our neighborhood that we've reported to Crown, about 50% of them actually get fixed. more
