decent wash, awful attitude 6/10/2011

for 11 dollars, yes, this car wash did a decent job of cleaning my filthy white car (it really needed a wash!) however, the 2 men who took my money and guided the car into the wash were insanely rude. unfriendly, sarcastic, condescending and just generally unpleasant. they made rude comments about how dirty the car was, rolled their eyes when i tried to talk with them and yelled (literally shouted) at me for "driving too fast." if it wasn't for the fact that this place was the first one i saw and i was so desperately in need of a wash, i wouldn't have gone here at all and now i will never go back. you can go to a similarly priced place and get a comparable wash without the attitude. more

Excellent carwash! 12/18/2007

Crown car wash is top of the line. It cleans the car great and drys it superbly w/o a bunch of people hanging onto my car and scratchn it. The people who work there have never caused me a problem, but i guess when your dealin with hundreds of people a day you will have at least one dissatisfied customer. Im live right in the area and if i had to deal with the assholes that live around the holmdel area i probobaly be screaming at them too. But overall the employees speak english and the carwash does an excellent job on my car and they employees dont touch it. I love this car wash! more

Horrible, rude customer service! 8/30/2007

August 2007. The man who directs the cars into the car wash is a miserable, rude person who has screamed, yelled and carried on with many customers, including me. Being a woman, I didn't say anything back. I"m sure if this poor excuse for a "man" had to direct a man into the car wash, and that man had trouble lining up the tires, he wouldn't have the guts to scream and carry on like he did with me. My family owns a taxi service and had used this car wash regularly. Never again. They have lost tons of business with us. Ladies, be prepared for a tirade should you not pull your car in correctly. more

Quick and Good! 8/13/2005

Crown Car wash does a great job on my car. There is never a when I go there. They have tons of coupons and offers available so the prices are great. They also have special days when certain people get discounts. they are very efficient and my car always looks great. They great detail work as well. They also carry a full line of products. They are centrally located and the staff is nice. more

Great clean service! 8/10/2005

Crown Car Wash is a great car wash to take your car too. Very friendly workers, always ready to make your car super clean. The lines are never that long, and they move pretty quickly. Very centrally located, right on a major highway. The prices are very good, especially if you use a coupon. Coupons can always be found in the local newspapers. Plus they use good products, all name brand. I like the fact that they really clean the inside very good also. Highly recommend. more
