I love the service at Crown Acura. No matter what I need I receive courteous, efficient service. My service today was managed by Bart Bartley and as expected I received what I needed, at the time I was told and at a great value. Love my Crown Acura dealership! I've bought 3 TL's from here and will continue to buy and use service at Crown Acura. more

LP1981\r \r Ive taken my car to Crown Acura on HWY 19 in Clearwater, and they have always done a Great Job! My service advisor Dan Victory always does a great job taking car of myself and my wife. Ever since I've own my Acura Dan Victory has been one of the best, most helpful service managers I have ever dealt with. Recently I had some major work done and he went the extra mile to get my ins to pay for something they initially didn't want to pay. more

It is always a pleasure stopping in at Crown Acura. My visit today was just for some regularly schedule maintenance. Dan Victory took the time to give me thorough explanation of the work done as well as the upcoming maintenance schedule and has worked with me to acommodate my hectic schedule. It is this level of personal experience that I have come to appreciate that I have not had with previous vehicles that I have owned. Thanks! more

Crown Acura is no joke when it comes to customer service. They employ a man by the name of Dan Victory, his name is actually VICTORY! I definitely felt like I won today getting my 2008 TSX serviced. The customer service was excellent and Dan was the main component in my experience. I was scheduled and attended to in a very timely way. Daniel Victory at Crown Acura is the BEST! I went in to the dealership to have some work done on my Acura. Dan took the best care of me. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. I live an hour away from the dealership and do not normally go there, but will now NEVER take my car anywhere else. Crown Acura has Dan Victory to thank for this! Dan is an asset to Crown Acura! more

I recently had to have almost $3000 worth of work done to my RSX Type-S. John somehow worked his magic and got me an almost $600 discount. Him and his staff were extra nice and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. They even made sure I had a loaner car to get to my classes. They also completed all of the repairs in an extremely timely manner considering all that they had to do. I am grateful to John Shaw and his staff, I recommend them to anyone who has an Acura in need of servicing. more

I recently received a service on my 2003 Acura tl and dealt with John Shaw. He was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're ever at Crown Acura. He is somebody you can trust immediately and knows just about everything there is to know about Acuras. I've been to other Acura dealerships throughout Florida and haven't received better service or hospitality yet. more

John Shaw has been my service advisor for many years and he is the epitome of professionalism. Each time I walk through those doors, he greets me with a smile and a warm hello. I have just purchased my 3rd Acura MDX from Crown Acura in Clearwater. My Acura is the greatest car I have ever owned. Crown's service department has a superior staff to help with everything. My service rep is John Shaw. He has worked for Acura for a very long time - 20 yrs+ ? - He knows everything about Acrua's, is someone you can trust always, and is someone who goes beyond to make sure your service is complete and satisfactory. John takes care of his customers. And you know what else - he's a really great guy! more

Definitely ask for Chris Duncanson if you're buying a new or used car! He was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet me at a time that was best for me. He is truly first class in service and what a great personality. Don't try to negotiate his Mont Blanc pen in the deal, though... it's a deal killer, I tried! I bought a used BMW and it was priced well from the beginning and the condition of the car was impeccable. No stress in buying a used car from Chris but you better not delay making a decision or you will surely miss out; their cars sell quickly because they are priced well to begin with (no need to haggle) and are in great condition, too! more
