Frustrated by the service 8/28/2007

I was given the incorrect address by a staff member and after hunting down the new address at baptist(by a really nice girl there) i get to the new place only to hear that i cannot be fit into another appt. and i must wait til another day. It was extremely frustrating to be told i cannot be seen. Cons: rude staff and not helpful more
