I was debating giving this place one star but decided against it because Dr. Janice Crowder is actually a really nice person. She is very funny and personable. Unfortunately she has absolutely no idea how to operate her own practice. I have never dealt with such a discombobulated doctors office in my life. \r

1. They scheduled me for an incorrect test at the hospital. Trying to fix that was a major endeavour. Its like I had to do their job for them.\r
\r
2. They never return phone calls. And when you do call they seem really bothered. Especially if you need something or have questions. They try to give you vague / blanket answers. They are too lazy to look your information up and give answers based on your specific situation. They will never offer to call you back. They always ask you to call them to followup on something they are working on for you. Its horrible. And they always ask you to call back at the end of the day. This causes things to happen even slower and unresolved issues to drag on sometimes for weeks.\r

3. My time is not as valuable as the doctors. My first visit I waited 2-1/2 for the doctor to see me. So the second time I had an appointment I called ahead to see if she was running on time and was told they have no way of knowing. It was like I was the first person to ever ask that question. The nurse did everything in her power NOT to be helpful. I had to wait and hour that day. I don't mind that an obstetrician is running late. I would just like the courtesy of knowing ahead of time. My dentist lets me know if they are running early or late.\r
\r
4. They do not call to confirm the day before your appointments either. That is a first. \r

Two of my coworkers go to this doctor. That is how I found out about her. I informed my coworkers of my issues and they agreed. Communication with them is too stressful so I have to move on.
Pros: Nice Doctor
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Follow-up, Organization
