Owner has a BAD ATTITUDE and will hang up on you!!!! We dropped off a motorcycle radiator for repair that had a leak at the cap. They ?fixed it? and charged $85 to straighten out the neck where the cap goes on and didn?t even replace the cap. They told me I had to purchase a new cap. So we did and the radiator was not fixed (it over heated). We took the radiator back and the said they would order a new neck and cap and would try to repair it because they didn?t know much about welding aluminum! My husband called about four times within the next three weeks and he kept getting the same answer ?We will have to call you back? and they never did. Finally My husband called and they said it was fixed so I went and picked it up. When I got there they said that if this didn?t work that we will have to buy a new radiator. Then they handed me a bill for another $75. I told them I didn?t mind paying for the parts they had to order but I already paid for it once to be fixed. My husband called the office to talk to the owner because the owner wouldn?t talk on my phone. After about ten minutes the owner came to the front and laid the radiator on the counter and said ?Just take it. Never mind I went over and beyond to fix this for you? . The receptionist (the owners wife) asked him if he wanted her to make a new invoice for the price adjustment and he stated ?No. Just let her get out of here?. My husband called me about ten minutes after I left the radiator shop and told me the owner called him back on his cell phone and the owner yelled about the repair and that he doesn?t like doing business with people who question and don?t believe him and then he hung up on my husband. Over all horrible experience. PLEASE DON?T GO THERE!!!!!!
