Honest people with great customer service 12/22/2014

I brought our Ford Edge in to crosstown Auto Repair to look at a problem with the heat in my vehicle. they went through every part of my cars dash to figure out the problem for a little money as possible. Ultimately, they did end up having to do a major fix replacing the heater core but worked with me every step of the way and kept me informed the entire time. turned a very stressful situation for my family into customers for life. more

ridiculously expensive 12/20/2014

I had my truck towed there and they charged me $700 to fix it. Plug wires, spark plugs, and an oil change. They called to tell me my truck was ready so I walked a mile to get it, paid, and my truck wouldn't start. They said the starter went out, charged me $300 to fix it. The guy working said that was the best price they could offer me, and then took $20 off my bill. This was all for a 99 Ford Explorer. more

Bad tensioner pulley 12/19/2014

I brought my pickup there with a noise coming from the front by the belts. I thought it was the belt tensioner. They found it was just the belt. more
