Groupon/Crosstown Scam 9/18/2012

Horsesh-t. I waited two flipping months to get my certificate from Groupon and then I make an appointment only to find out you don't honor the Groupon which clearly states your place of business. One of you is running a scam. Frickin' pissed off! Zero stars! more

Great Flexibility 9/3/2012

In general, good service, but they really need to learn the meaning of the term "appointment". I was told that I would have to wait at least an hour for 10:00 appointment because they got "rushed". No consideration for the value of their customer's time. Third (and last time) this has happened to me with this organization. Otherwise good garage. more
