We lived here for three years. The quality of residents leaves a lot to be desired. In some cases, you wonder do they really do the background checks. The managment team has one member that is nice, and that is Michelle. She is the epitomy of customer service. The complex manager gives off an air of not caring, and she certainly does not listen. Parking is great, but the the grounds are inconsistent. Sometimes overgrown with lots of dog waste. The units are older and not updatted inside, and don't compete with new apartments going up (Grace Park, Southern Oaks, etc.). The patios (front and back get the annual pollen - the complex does not help powerwash the back porches), and the entry porches and stairs always have trash and people use it to store everything from bikes to cleaning supplies. Size is nice however we lived in a unit with noisy neighbors. You can hear everything from telephone conversations to disposals running. Ok place to live, but again, if you want to feel welcome avoid the office staff with the exception of Michelle. Seriously we knew we were not the customer in their scenerio - very rude to deal with. For almost $1,000 a month it would be nice to be greeted with a smile.
Pros: Parking, size of apartment
Cons: Unfriendly staff, dirty/cluttered porches, noise level
