Crossroads Village is sort of like the famous Greenfield Village in Detroit on a smaller scale. They have 34 historical buildings, most from Michigan, including homes, a chuch, a downtown block, a cider mill, ice house, hotel, cabin, blacksmith and a barn. There is also a railroad that runs through the village. They host many special events throughout the year. I would highly reccomend going at Christmas time, it is most enjoyable. Also be sure to check out the theater, the performances are free and often quite good. And don't forget the railroad which also features a theater performance en route.
