I worked for this company and it is the worst ever. It is micro-managed. A chaplain was fired for fraud and everyone knew but it took an additional six months and a new manger to make this happen. A social worker was demoted but should have been terminated after her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Another social worker was terminated because as Mary Cupp stated ""you just don't fit in."" Crossroads hospice is not about the patient they are in it for the money. I would not recommend this hospice.
