Owner cannot even give patients the respect of a return call 3/27/2012

Crossroads Counseling billed me for a service that was not done. I have been trying to reach Jeanne Decker the owner for over 3 months. I was able to speak with her once by calling her cell phone. She was suppose to call me back after reviewing my dispute and never did. I have left her several messages and no return call. Very bad business practices. more

BEWARE 2/23/2012

This is not a good office. If you are dealing with the secretary of state, they have no idea what they are doing. They also lie and play games with their patients. more
