The counselors at Crossroads are absolutely wonderful. They have at least one counselor who can help a family or individual tackle any type of crisis or problems.
The counselors are very professional, yet they make you feel comfortable, as if you known them your whole life.
The offices of the counselors make you feel at home, with couches, recliners, lamps, bookshelves, etc.
On the flip side, the office staff at Crossroads, in my experience, has not been so friendly and warm. It appears that most of the employees are younger, possibly students, and they do not seem to smile so much!
When calling to set up appointments, or to ask questions, the responses of the staff are typically short, and on occasion laced with the I-can't-believe-you're-asking-this-questions attitude.
All in all, I would and have recommended Crossroads to friends, family, random strangers. One beyond the office staff, the counselors offer a great deal of help and comfort than so many of us need!
