My Himalayan had serious abdominal surgery last week. He had some diarreha which stuck on his fir in the site of the wound. I was unable to wash him due to the tenderness of the area. I called his vet but she was away with no coverage. He was so distraught and in pain that I needed to get him help but did not want to pay for Emergency care. I had an appointment with his vet for the next day; however, he needed to be cleaned immediately. I called Crossroads Animal Hospital and they gave me a regular appointment in two hours from the time I called.\r

The technicians and Dr. Germain were wonderful. He was checked out and cleaned within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the care given and the reasonableness of the charges. If I had taken him to an Emergency hospital, they would have been three times the amount.\r
