Crossroads Animal Hospital

My Himalayan had serious abdominal surgery last week. He had some diarreha which stuck on his fir in the site of the wound. I was unable to wash him due to the tenderness of the area. I called his vet but she was away with no coverage. He was so distraught and in pain that I needed to get him help but did not want to pay for Emergency care. I had an appointment with his vet for the next day; however, he needed to be cleaned immediately. I called Crossroads Animal Hospital and they gave me a regular appointment in two hours from the time I called.\r \r The technicians and Dr. Germain were wonderful. He was checked out and cleaned within 30 minutes. I was impressed with the care given and the reasonableness of the charges. If I had taken him to an Emergency hospital, they would have been three times the amount.\r \r After he heals completely from this surgery, I am thinking seriously of returning to this animal hospital. I highly recommend this animal hospital! They are super caring and excellent. They don't talk down to you like some vets will. They treat not only dogs and cats but other pets like rats, guinea pigs, etc. They even offer massage and acupuncture for your pets - no matter the size. They even did these for one of my pet rats! The office is is modern and very clean. The other staff is also very friendly and get to know and remember you quickly. They make you feel part of their family. more
