Crossroads Animal Hospital

This place is incredible you need to switch now! I was going to Shoal Creek until I found out I get a surcharge for Christmas time and they brought my dog our with another dog's collar WHAAT??? So I asked for the owner to call me back about this policy of charging extra and she never did. They also told me my dog needed several teeth pulled she was only 3 at the time. Took her to Crossroads and the vet said there is no way she needed teeth pulled but she needed a cleaning. Thank goodness I came here you better check it out they are very honest something you don't see anymore! I also took my daughter's hamster to be put down when it had a tumor and they were very thoughtful as I broke into tears and theysaid it would be all right. more

Joe Howard is the most compassionate vet I know. He provides excellent care and does not require any unnecessary labs or procedures. I highly recommend him and his staff. He is caring, compassionate and it is apparent that he loves ALL animals. Pros: Excellent, knowledgeable vets and staff Cons: No Day Care! more
