My parent was neglected for 5 days here. Left in soiled pull ups, not fed or given medications. I wouldn't reccomend this place to care for a dog let alone a human...BEWARE

I recently went to Crosslands for rehab therapy and I was very impressed with the care. The aides and nurses were wonderful and the therapy team was too. I went back in twice just to visit and tell everyone thanks. They are wonderful people. more

I'm disappointed to see that Crosslands doesn't have significantly more positive ratings! The staff here goes out of their way, regularly, to ensure that patients' wants and needs are met. The patients are happy, the staff is happy... it's always a pleasure to walk into Crosslands! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

No recommendation from me 8/8/2011

I would never recommend this facility. I visited my mother there on numerous occasions and had to look for her each time. They never seemed to have a grasp on where their patients where. I forgot to check her out one day for a doctor visit. I called them to inform them. They didn't even realize an hour later that she was gone. more
