Sure this place looks nice on the outside but don't be misled by the tour. The appliances in the apartments are old and non functional. If you do get lucky enough to get new appliances, well hope that they work, because if not it will take the incompetent management of this place months to send out a work order and fix it. The crime in this complex in unbelievable. It destroys the small town feel of beautiful Rohnert Park, when people are stealing bikes left and right, vagrants scour the trash at five in the morning, and the police are arresting someone in the complex a few times a month. If all this doesn't persuade you to turn around and run at the sight of the three self conceded office workers who run this place, how about your sleep? I am off Fridays and like to sleep in on these days, yet I am always unable to do so because Friday mornings at 8:30 is when construction (which is on going) and gardening all begin in the complex. The sound of a leaf blower outside your window, hammers banging across the way, saws cutting wood outside your door is the best way to begin your day off. Don't get me wrong the maintenance man here is a good, knowledgeable guy who is always willing to help at anytime, but can only do so much when you have a complex full of problems. \r

Save yourself a lot of grief and move somewhere else.
Pros: In the middle of Rohnert Park, close to shopping and a bike path to SSU
Cons: Horrible Management, Horrible Apartments, Horrible Service, Horrible Everything.
