Awesome food; quickly prepared, what's not to love? more

If this place was publicly traded, I would HAVE to buy stock in it, because I order from here AT LEAST once a week. The food is always amazing (I always go for the minced chicken kabob platter mmmmmmm). The rice is always perfect and the naan is on point!! They are always friendly to boot and quick with delivery! I LOVE CROSS STREET KABOB!!! more

Here are the pros and cons of this place. Pros: Good Food and the deliver late. Cons: They take a long time to deliver. They mess up their delivery's and the people are rude. The mistakes are not horrible but annoying. If you order a meal (great lamb by the way), it comes with potatoes and green peas according to the menu. I have eaten there 3 times and the sides are good as well as the main course. However, 2 of the 3 times there were no peas with the potatoes. The delivery driver is rude, I made the mistake of paying with a card and pre tipping 15% this last time. Immediately after the driver dropped off my food, I noticed the meal was missing food. I called the delivery driver on his cell no more than a minute after he left. I told him he forgot the green peas. He was rude and told me we don't serve peas and potatoes every night the veggies change "So you got a different vegetable...." I hung up on him. It is not ok to me when on eat 24 you say your meals come with potatoes and green peas and not deliver them. In short good food that takes too long from a joint run by dick wads. The food is good but not that good to make it worth dealing poor service with an attitude. There are places as good as better around that don't take as long. I would order here again only if they are the only place delivering. more

They never have driver to deliver! Just waited 50 mins for someone that calls me they're not going to deliver the food to me! more

The only reason I am giving them an ok review instead of a bad one is because I have had other good experiences ordering from them. The food is quite tasty, especially the palace combo and the chickpeas. The last time I ordered (1:20 am, well before the cutoff time) the food never came and I never got any sort of cancellation notice from the restaurant. Being so late at night I found the lack of communication to be especially discourteous and unprofessional as I ended up staying up well past the restaurant's closing time (3 am) waiting for non-existent food to show up. more

Ordered from here because one of the only Kabob restaurants that would deliver to where I live. Was pleasantly surprised by the service. I think it was one of the owners who delivered the food to me and he was really friendly. He even told me to call the restaurant back if I didn't like the food. I ordered the Chicken Kabob which was delicious. The portions were enough for two medium-sized meals. It comes with a vegetable-side (I didn't know what to expect but I got the chickpeas which came as a type of chickpea curry which went well with the naan-type bread it came with). Also came with a lot of rice and a side salad. I ordered chutney on the side (for free) and put that on the salad. Overall, I'll definitely be eating here again. The quality and taste of the food, as well as the reasonable prices and excellent delivery service make me give this 4.5 stars! more
