I ordered chicken caccitore and got pasta. The ziti were good but filled the plate. There was not nearly enough chicken nor vegetables. The dish is made best with chicken pieces, vegetables, cooked in a good marinara sauce. Seasoned with basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion over a low temp for several hours is the way to make the dish. Rather than trying to pass off a poor substitute take the dish off the menu.
