He quoted us a competitive price. He didn't get the job done in one day, but returned promptly the next day, apologized, and did the job very well. Crosscut, you are full of it and you know it. This company doesn't even deserve one star. Frank Cross was working on a neighbor's home (from our referral) when he dropped a tree branch that bounced off of our roof onto our deck. He shattered our table top, broke our umbrella, knocked off the gutters guards, and caused our dogs to rip down the interior blinds of our home. He also did not have permission to enter our property and was trespassing to ""clean up"" the mess. The clean up was piss poor and we spent hours ensuring the glass was picked up so that it would not get stuck in our dogs paws. He claimed he would pay for it right away, its been four week and nothing. They never answer the phone, never call back, and are a crappy crappy example of a company. Company my ass, they are a bunch of crooks. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! They require babysitting and would rob you of your own home if they could. They were dumb enough to leave us two notes taking total responsibility for the accident. One note actually stated that we should have moved our furniture (note: they didn't even tell us they were coming) and therefore they would only pay for half. As if we were at fault!!! We have turned them into collections. They are the type of people that ignore you and think you will back down. Not here- we are taking them for every penny we deserve as well as filing trespassing charges. I can't wait to face them in court. :) See you then Frank and Frankie, my fellow Hoosiers. Good luck!
