Cross Court Tennis Club

I started going to Cross Court during the summer of 6th grade, and haven't stopped since! The instructors are incredibly friendly, with clinics all year round for people of different levels. There are 4 seperate clinics for children and teens, and clinics for adults and seniors. You will see immediate improvement within each week. Summer camps are my favorite part! For the intermediate level, camp is 3 hours a day for a week, and you do drills, and play a small tournament at the end of each week. For excellence, you have intense workout for an hour, 90 minutes of drills, and a 90 minute match with an opponent your level. I love doing summer camps because you literally see drastic improvement in your strokes and strategy. Cross court is very clean, and while you wait for your ride to pick you up, you can watch TV in the lobby. Also, the vending machines are AMAZING!! more

Cross Court Tennis Club is the best tennis club in the Hudson Valley. The teaching instructors are the best. They greet the kids all by their names and know the kids personally. They are all wonderful instructors. Cross Court has 6 indoor Deco-Turf hard courts, 8 outdoor Har-Tru courts (like clay) and a 20' x 50' outdoor pool. The pool has certified life guards. Its perfect for cooling off after a game. They offer clinics, private lessons, tournaments, and many other activities to improve your tennis skills. If you are looking to start tennis come here! This place is where people can play or learn tennis. From ages 4 until wenever people can still play is the age group. There are about 14 courts to play on for class or to be rented. Six of the courts are your typical courts and eight are nice clay courts. There are lots of pros who work there who love to play around with the kids. They also offer adult / junior Instruction All Levels, adult leagues, full time tennis pros, and year-round memberships. It is an excellent place to play tennis and great sport to get in shape! more
