Critter- Ridder is a wonderful company to deal with. All of the staff is dedicated to solving your critter problems. I HAD bats and squirrels living in my attic and a opossum underneath my house. A full house of critters. Within no time, the staff eliminated all of them and installed a system to prevent any further entries. I have a difficult schedule and they were able to work with me and show up on time. Awesome! They stand behind what they do and are very polite. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys! Critter-Ridder can be described in three easy words: THOROUGH, TENACIOUS, AND DEDICATED!!!! I can not say enough wonderful things about Jason and Matt as they have rid me of an attic full of squirrels that just kept coming back year after year. There was this one squirrel that wasn't going to give up his lap of luxury easily but Jason and Matt battled him for atleast 3 weeks before they finally bested him. YEA!!! That speaks volumes for their tenacity and dedication. They searched my house high and low to eliminate all possible entry points into my house until they were all covered in the appropriate manner. That is what being thorough is. CRITTER-RIDDER IS THE ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST!!!!!! more

My husband and I had a serious bat problem in our attic, I called around to several companies, more or less just wanting information, and what all is involved . I talked to Jason on the phone, he informed me of alot of things about bats, more than I ever wanted to know!! We made an appt. for the following monday, after the inspection was over, Jason went over, in detail, what all needed to be done, and had an estimate to the penny of what all this was going to cost. My husband and I discussed it and had a couple of other companies come out to compare their services and price. By far Critter-Ridder was the most informative and way more reasonably priced, didnt know how expensive bats can be! We got on contract with Critter-Ridder, and they had these bats out of my house, had all the areas sealed, and cleaned up all the guano(bat poop). I am very gald I got these guys to do the work, very nice, courtious, always yes maam and no maam, and took care of our problem. Most of all the service came with a 5 year warranty!!!! This company will be recommended to all my friends. Great Job!!! more

The owner of this bus. is a pompas person his prices are too high and he is un professional. He did not show up on time and took way to long to get rid of my problem........He is not willing to go the extra mile for his customers and weekend work is out of the question....well with out some hefty charges so don't call him with an emergency. he fail behind schedule and would not work on the weekend so i had to wait until the next week. I regret ever calling him If it would let me i'de give him 0 star rating Pros: absolutely none Cons: Job not complete on schedule....claims...not his problem more
