Critter Control of Madison

Shane and his team with Critter Control provided us with honest personalized and professional service at a fare price. They stayed true to the quote and went beyond their job description. We had a variety of animals in our attic that caused significant damage to our home and was causing heath issues. They were all polite and respectful of us and our home. They were also considerate of the animals doing what only comes natural to them.They did not use any bad language and left our house clean after the work was done. We own 1/2 of a town house and Shane went out of his way to keep both of us as owners well informed. I used managed a large apartment complex for a while and have worked with a variety of contractors. I place Shane and his team at the top of the list. They even brought in a very knowledgeable team member from out of state in order to get our work done quickly. Every team member treated us and our home as if it was there family and home. I feel confident with the warranty and feel if we need to call them in the future I believe they would do their best to address any further problems we may have. We unfortunately had a very negative experience with the first company we hired to address our problems and were extremely hesitant to hire another company but had no idea how to properly take care of the issues ourselves. We were referred to Critter Control through another apartment complex manager and thankfully our experience was the complete opposite from the previous one. Critter Control seems to be ran with the morals and values all companies should be ran with and every person we had contact with reflected these values. Having your home invaded and damaged by outside creatures is devastating on many levels. We are very grateful to have found our way to Shane and all of his team members at Critter Control. Critter Control was hired to install a rat wall around our cottage. Cody met me on site and explained the installation procedure and kept me informed of the progress. During installation I met Ed, Chase, and another guy who installed the wall exactly as Cody described. I found them to be thorough and conscientious, minimizing impact to the property and caring about the final appearance. On the last day of work, Chase reviewed everything that had been completed with me to ensure that it was satisfactory. They all worked hard and did an excellent job. more
