Josh was outstanding. Very informative and worked quickly to assess the situation. He assured me that given the situation and his evaluation, there are no critters in the attic so no traps were needed. What an honest and caring professional. Jeff was the consummate professional quickly diagnosing the issue and plan of action. He was always personable and friendly. We were confident he would handle the issue and he did.
