Bat removal and insoection 3/31/2019

Response time was fast, service was efficient . Cory explained everything and returned for follow up inspection. Due to extreme cold weather day of bat extraction. 2 thumbs up more

Thank goodness for Tom at Critter Control 2/14/2019

Tom showed dedication and concern towards myself and the raccoons he was there to capture. He went above and beyond making sure he resolved the issue of a raccoon family that moved into my home. The stress that resulted from the new "roommates" subsided once I had Tom on the job. Thank you Tom for your hard work and concern!!! more

Great Service 10/16/2018

Tom came out, looked over the situation and then explained what would be done to evict the bats that had taken up residence in our attic. They later came back and did the preliminaries to get the bats out and will return later for the next phase of keeping them out. Great service! more

Raccoon Scare 10/2/2018

Cory was very helpful explaining about raccoons and The traps they were setting. He checked out the attic and roof for any evidence of entry. Came back the next day to check on the traps. Gave me a list of preventive things we could do or have them do. He was very courteous and presentable. I would recommend them to anyone with a critter problem. more

Alex 1st Visit 9/13/2018

Alex was very thorough and helpful identifying where the bats were nesting and entering. He let me know what is needed to get the bats out of my attic. I'm anxiously awaiting for him to start that process at my house. He was easy to talk to and seemed knowledgeable. more

We've had bat work done by Critter Control (and Tom M) and he does great work. He's knowledgeable and friendly. This time we had a raccoon issue and he was out in just a few hours. He always calls to tell us what he's doing and see if we have any questions. He's just stellar!!! more

Critters are gone! 7/1/2018

Outstanding and very quick service! I called 'Critter Control' mid-week and by early Friday morning the wasp nests were removed, the bat hangouts were found and mitigated, and additional, questionable issues were inspected and all concerns were eased. Thanks to Tom M. for his analyses and explanations and immediate handling; thanks too for great clean up of the critter's messes! more
