Ruben and Critter control top notch! 3/5/2021

Ruben was great and they did an awesome job on my attic restoration. The house feels cooler and the humidity has dropped by almost 4% already.. Top notch all around and very professional foreman who kept me updated through the entire process. more

Critter Control 7/31/2019

Matt was able to locate an area that was not originally sealed up when Critter Control did the work the first time. Critter Control honored its warranty and addressed it today. Hoping this eliminates the wild life in the ceiling. more

Awful, RIP off 2/27/2019

Terrible service. Sold me a $900 3 year warranty for rodent removal in our attic. Closed entry points, set traps, but rats still in attic. No one came to service the traps for over 72 hours and upwards of 5 days. We actually saw the rat getting into the attic, skirting by their set traps. We caught, killed and disposed of the rat with our OWN traps. Took one day of using our traps to catch the rat, following nothing after a week and a half of their removal service. They did not complete the job as described nor were they helpful in maintaining contact to complete the $900 job. Dont let them sell you a contract. more

Squirrel removal and follow up 11/15/2018

I worked with Michael H, Ryan C and Carlos . They all were professional and helpful. The securing exit Points was done well, and the squirrel was kept out. Unfortunately after, we discovered there was a baby trapped. Michael did all he could , but he couldn’t reach it or remove it. Fortunately after there was no odor, but two weeks had a problem with blowflies , not fun! Carlos was out today and hopefully fixed the problem, with powder in the attic. All three were respectful and did their best, things happen. I would recommend all three, for their efforts to fix it. Plus if there is another issue, I know I can call. more

Critter Control was incredible on all levels. They were here right away, sent us the quote the same day, and completed the job so fast with great quality at a reasonable price. We are very happy with their service and will be sure to use them again. more

Rodent Control 6/27/2018

Every two months employees of Critter Control bait traps. I have not seen signs of rodent activity since I began service about 2 years ago. A 5 star service. more

I am so impressed with Rhyan and the company. So friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and care about the animals, their business and not to mention, my property. So happy I chose them! I will also definitely request Rhyan again should I find anymore critters around my house! more

Service is great 4/13/2018

Kyle G does a great job with my exterminating and bait control. Always gives me updates on activity of bait stations. Haven't had any rodent issues since Critter Control took care of me. Thanks! more

Mark Davis and his team were very professional, prompt, and explained each step of the process. The price was good for the services, compared to the other companies giving us quotes. Even the quotes were better quality - pictures before and after, a detailed itemization of the services so that it was possible to separate out the insulation portion for taxes, etc. Great job, by dedicated professionals. Already recommended them to friends. more
