Inspector adapted quickly, made all observations clear and easy to understand. Took time to explain more than usual during inspection because I'm a woman planning to live in the home and maintain it myself. more

Professional & Quality Service 10/29/2013

Ken did a home inspection for us with only a few days notice and sent a very detailed inspection report over e-mail by the next day. He was fair and objective in his estimates, which was helpful in knowing which items to address with the seller. It gives us peace of mind to know we have a thorough and accurate assessment of the home we are purchasing, completed by someone who is an expert. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality home inspection. more

Great foudnation inspections!!! 10/25/2013

As a mortgage lender I have used Ken on numerous occasions for foundations inspections. His turn times have always been very quick. He has been flexiable on scheduling conflicts with clients. His reports are accurate. I have never had to request a correction on one of his reports. The home owners who have come into contact with Ken at inspections have consistently let me know how punctual and professional Ken was. I would recomend Ken with the highest confidence! more

Ken was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and asking tons of questions during the inspection. He was very detailed in looking at and explaining everything he was doing during the inspection. Very easy to work with and very organized. New Home Inspection with Ken was outstanding 5/30/2013

Ken was an absolute professional, extremely thorough, and very friendly. He had me follow him around and explained everything he was doing. They did a structural evaluation of a problem I had at my house. They came up with good recommendations and worked closely with the people who were doing the repairs. I expect the problem will be resolved in another week or so. more

Ken helped us with numerous reserve studies for homeowner associations. Ken proved to be punctual and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer any questions anyone asked him. I would recommend Criterium-Pfaff Engineers to any HOA, for any reserve study that they need to do. more
