I have worked with Mark for a number of years. He and I are both engineers, and I value his expertise in his field. Whenever I have some questionable properties I am writing an offer on, I always use his services versus others who don't have engineering backgrounds. more

I've used Mark ever since he went into business. I use him on the California side as well as Nevada as I am dual licensed. He has alwyas been on time and he's very thorough. He will communicate with the client and explain things clearly. He always tries to fit me in when I call for an appointment. more

Friendly and personable service 8/1/2012

Criterium-Henderson Engineers did a home inspection for us. We bought the house based very strongly on Mark Henderson's inspection. The inspection was very thorough, and Mark return to do a back-up inspection after the repairs were done. He called us on the evening of his final inspection and he really gave us peace of mind. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was pleasant, friendly, personable, and had great attention to detail. more

Biggest Nightmare!!! 7/25/2007

Mark L. Henderson, P.E. is the engineer that inspected our home. He was an absolute nightmare! He treats women like you can't possibly know what you are talking about and has such a chip on his shoulder because he is so impressed with himself. I was personally harassed by this man and would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He was so rude to both my husband and me but also our realtor! He didn?t even wipe his feet before walking through our home and dragged mud on our freshly cleaned carpet. If you are looking for someone to do an inspection for you keep looking this company (this man in particular) was the worst experience I have ever encountered while buying/selling a home. Pros: None Cons: Very, Very Rude and Disrespectful! more
