Without a doubt my experience with Criswell Honda was the worst I've had with any car dealer. It was so bad that I would've been grateful if I had only been met with the stereoty...

Brett was so great to work with. Within minutes of meeting him you can tell he's a man of integrity. He was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and never made us feel pressured to buy. We walked away with a new car and knowing we got the best price. We'll definitely be coming back to work with him again. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Right after my 1st visit, she called to follow up. We felt she cared about our business. Therefore my wife decided to visit Criswell. While we were still deciding which make (Honda or Nissan) to buy, she continued contacting us either by email or by phone. She's not pushy, but we felt she cared about us, and would work with us to meet our need. BAD BAD BAD - Difficult to immagine a worse experience 1/15/2014

Without a doubt my experience with Criswell Honda was the worst I've had with any car dealer. It was so bad that I would've been grateful if I had only been met with the stereotypical antics of a 'slick' car salesman. While my issues with this dealership have yet to be resolved and may not be I can at least warn others to avoid this place at all costs. The only exchange I had with any employee which was not deceptive or purposefully dishonest was an email exchange I had early on. My questions were answered honestly & politely; I only wish that was not the one ray of sunshine in this horrible experience. more

We were given a great reception by the very warm and friendly staff. Andy took the time to get to know us, and steered us toward the right vehicle for both my husband and me.
