At one point of time this was a good place to go, now they just try and get you in and out as fast as possible, because they're always booked. I have severe back troubles, and after 15+ visits of them telling me nothing was wrong despite the pain, I finally decided to go to a different doctor office--Surprise! I got treated immediately at my new doctor's. more

Great Doc! 8/18/2009

Dr Julie Brack was my physician through the walk in urgent care clinic. She was what all doctors should be........intuitive, caring and professional with a good sense of humor. She also didn't treat me like she had 10 more patients to rush through before she could leave early for a round of golf. I was able to review everything necessary and felt confident in her recommendations and treatment. Pros: intuitive caring physician Cons: you can only see her when you're sick! more

Patient and Healthcare worker review - Dr Christifano is Good Dr!!! 4/22/2008

I have been working in a local medical lab for 10 years, I specifically deal with Dr's after hours. You get a real good sense of a Dr when you are deal with them after hours. The office staff, nurses and lab are all exceptional at this office. Their hours are wonderful and they are quick to respond to lab results. This tells me a lot about an office. Physician's 8/7/2006

I was seen at Urgent care and Dr Pioli was the Doctor on duty. I couldn't of asked for a better doctor. She is very knowledegable, compassioniate and has a wonderful bed side manner. I have made her my primary physician. I am in the medical field and I have heard nothing but positve remarks from some of her other patients I have come in contact with.\r Dr Pioli is a breath of fresh air compared to other stuffy/no personality doctors. I highly recommened her. Pros: Able to get appointments on a timley fashion. Front office wonderful. Cons: Do not have any more

Terrifying Experience 3/11/2006

You better have your current insurance, even if you are a long time patient of this practice. My two and half year old child was denied treatment for facial lacerations. When I tried to explain to the office manager that my insurance was current but that they did not have our current copy, the Doctor came on the line, denied us treatment and threatened to call the police if I attempted to come to the site. Very disturbing. more

Dr. Brack is wonderful. She takes the time to look at the whole person, and not just what is going on right now. It is obvious that she cares, and will answer questions in clear, understandable language. The office staff is nice, and I am not left waiting for a long time in the waiting room or the exam room. It is also nice that they have a lab onsite, so I don't have to leave to get lab work done. more
