TERRIBLE SERVICE They use attempt to add additional charges! They will wait until the day before your appointment and want more money before you arrive and are even seen by the doctor. DO NOT USE WARNING AVOID They office manager is completely incompetent and this may be a direct reflection on the dental procedures provided. There are many poor reviews, it's my own fault for not checking beforehand. Let my lesson be a warning to all. more

I went in for the $28 new patient special (xrays, exam). While I was seated, a woman came in and cleaned my teeth as well. I thought "wow, I didn't even see that included -- how cool!". When I went up front to pay, I was given a bill for $150. Apparently the cleaning was $122 extra. As I was never told this information, or asked for the cleaning I refused to pay. Not sure if this was a fluke, or something they regularly try to do on new patients. I needed a few fillings. One of my fillings seemed to have a slight crack in it and continued to hurt. I went in and was told that was normal. After a few months, pus started coming out of my gum, so I went back in. I was referred to a specialist for a root canal, and then told I could come back for a crown. He would only refer me to one specialist which charged $1600 for the root canal, and then his price for the crown was $1400. A few days later my tooth literally cracked open at the crack line I had seen. (I was only chewing gum BTW!) I feel as though as soon as I paid for my fillings, my concerns were dismissed, and that shoddy work and follow up led to the infection and cracking. I did not have a good experience at Crisdental. They examined my severely aching tooth for less than five minutes before concluding that nothing was wrong. I was in considerable pain, and wet to get a second opinion later that day. The second dentist told me that I needed to have my wisdom tooth extracted right away, and that I would also need a root canal on the aching molar. How the dentist I saw at Crisdental failed to recognize these issues is beyond me. I felt that very little effort was put into the exam I received at Crisdental. They also refused to release my x rays to the other dentist without a considerable fee. I consider my experience at Crisdental to have been a waste of time and money. I highly recommend avoiding this dental practice. more
