This co has THE WORST csr. I have nothing against outsourcing. But if you do so make sure they speak fluently and actually understand what is being explained...I actually had to figure out what issues there were and fix myself. Like in Dec one of their "shared towers", was down and I kept calling in and getting many multiple answers. Found out on my own thru research that a shared tower was down...after relentlessly arguing I was lucky to get a $20 credit. what a joke
