I went on line to buy a cricket phone 6/20/11 gave my credit card number and tryed to process the order and it did't give me a conformation number but i went to my online banking site and the funds was pending. then after i canceld the order and my funds was put back in my account after 4 to 5 day and dont you know cricket reprocess the order again 6/28/11, after talking to 5 floor manger from 6/28/11 to 7/1/11 the funds in my account is still pending. and i have to wait 4 to 5 more days to get my own money aint that a bitch......CRICKET HAS THE WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EVERY TIME I CALLED I ASK WHERE I WAS CALLING AND THEY TOLD ME INDIAN BUT THERE MAIN OFFICE IS IN CA AND NO ONE ANSWER THER PHONE THERE BUT THEY ARE SELLING US THERE PHONE AND SERVICE BUT ALL OF THE JOBS ARE IN INDIA, AT THAT A BITCH.......WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE THAT IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM PLEASE EMAIL ME SO WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THERE BAD SERVICE...... more

Cricket rips off there customers!! If the customer service rep. makes a mistake and it charges you. They make evey excuse in the world not to take the charges off. And rebates on your phone when purchase on-line. Forget it I send the info. twice and still haven't recieve a rebate it been two years. Bought a second phone same run around it been three months no rebate. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. more
